BIO:  

Tigress is a wonderful doxie, full of energy and happy. She loves her people more than anything. She shadows me every step of the way so I always know what she is doing. She hasn’t chewed anything other than her toys and I leave her out in the house all day! As long as she goes out often enough she doesn’t have accidents.  She loves her foster mom! Tigress wants to be the alpha dog therefore might be better to be the only dog in the house. She is not shy or timid at all. She doesn’t seem insecure but just wants to be close to her humans …regular doxie attitude she has! She brings her toy to my lap when I sit down and loves just hanging out with me.  She enjoys playing but isn’t hyper. One thing she seems to enjoy while in my lap is watching the movements on my laptop. She will follow the mouse movements for a while.  If you can give Tigress a furever home, please fill out an adoption application today!

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
