BIO:

Conrad was found lost and afraid in a small town in Missouri.  He was headed to the pound when a good Samaritan, offered him refuge.  He is very good natured, but a bit shy at first. He does great using a doggie door and loves walking!  He prefers a harness to a leash, (who doesn’t?)  Conrad is a lovely sweet boy who just wants to be friends with everyone! He gets along with other dogs and even the cat.  He is a playful pooch that also loves to cuddle His gentle nature, make him an easy addition to any family!  If you want a companion for yourself or another dog, he is an excellent prospect. Can you offer him a furever home?

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
