BIO:  Jasper was brought to Solano Shelter by police on Oct. 3, 2015 due to his owner passing. He is a male Dachshund Mix, 7 years young. Jasper is an active dog that walks great on the leash, loves to go for car rides, and gets along with people & other pets.

Jasper is a very sweet dog who loves his humans. He gets along great with other dogs and even enjoys a good play time. He is potty trained too. When offered treats, he takes them very gently and does not interfere with other dogs during feeding time. Jasper is patient and loving.

Jasper has a wonderful personality and would be a fantastic companion!
