BIO:
Hi everyone! My name is Lauren and I am a dachshund mix. No one seems to know what I am mixed with but I keep telling them I am mixed with adorable, and energy, and sweetness, and love. If you met me, I’m positive you will agree. My foster mommy found me in the same shelter in North Carolina as my buddy Valentino. He was my roommate. I was left behind at the shelter because I was very sick and they had to take care of me. They were very busy there and my foster mommy wanted to know if she could take me and nurse me back to health. They said it was okay and so she grabbed me and snuggled me and told me she would make me all better. Well, I made the trip to Rhode Island and saw the doctor who put my on an antibiotic that made me feel all better in one day. I had to be on medication for seven days but boy did I feel like a brand new puppy, thanks to my doctor and of course my foster mommy. All the rescue people said that someone would fall in love with me so quickly and that I wouldn’t be up for adoption for long because I am so cute and energetic. I even have one blue eye and one brown eye, that makes me extra special cute in my book.
You should meet me in person because I am the life of the party and most of the puppies can’t keep up with me. My doctor says that I will probably get bigger than a mini dachshund but not bigger than a standard. I have the cutest puppy pot belly and I am a beautiful brindle color. I am so silly and playful and often can’t help myself and have to talk about it. I know you will think this is cute too and we will have many great conversations together. Don’t pass up the opportunity to adopt me because I know that I am the cutest in all the world…
