BIO:

My name is Hallie and I am a sweet and happy girl that will really brighten your day. I am perfectly house-trained and will easily hop into my kennel for a treat if you need to leave. I am very high-energy but I don't use my energy in a destructive manner as long as I have plenty of chewy bones and toys to entertain me. I am good with both boy and girl dogs, but I have a high prey drive so I will probably not be good with cats.    I love having a doggy door so I can run out in the yard to play and chase squirrels whenever I want.  I am very affectionate and love to snuggle with people.  I like to sleep in the big bed with my human, but I enjoy a round of licking and snuggling before I will fall asleep.  If you have room in your life for an energetic, loving, and playful girl; please apply to adopt me today!

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
