BIO:  (04.29.2012)
Sweet Holly is such a beautiful girl Dachshund/Pomeranian mix would make a wonderful companion. She is so shiny and fluffy and soft! This poor girl was dropped off by her owner who gave no reason for dumping her. What we do know is that she was very sick when we picked her up from the shelter. So sick that she had to have been that way when the “owner” dropped her off. She had a terrible urinary tract infection and because they had been making her live outside she had infected skin on her paws and legs and her ears were so infected and swollen that you could not even see the ear canal. We took this poor pup to the vet and now, less than a week later, her skin is cleared up and her ears have returned to normal. Holly is still struggling with her urinary tract infection but is improving daily. She is a friendly girl who gets along with people and dogs and always wants to be by her people’s side. She loves to walk on a leash quietly beside you and to be held tight and shown love. Holly would never abandon the ones she loves and wants the same promise from her next family. If you would like this pretty girl to become part of your family and you can make the promise of forever, please contact her foster mom and fill out an application.
