Note:  

BlueBelle is an adorable shy little girl.  She loves attention, roaming the fenced yard, and belly rubs.  BlueBelle was rescued as a puppy mill girl and had several litters of puppies.  Because of her life at the puppy mill she has severe hair loss below her shoulders; this is a typical results of being a Blue Dapple.  We are working on that with good care, food (grain free), nutrition, and supplements these solutions will go a long way in improving her hair loss, however, she may never have a full coat of hair.

BlueBelle also came with heartworms which she is receiving treatment. After her treatment she will be cleared of heartworms.  The home for her is one that will give her lots of love and understanding and help her to continue to heal.

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
