BIO:

Hi my name is Gunner. I am very laid back and a gentle boy. I was rescued out of a kill shelter very sick and was nursed back to health. I will be forever grateful and just want a family to call my own. I am quiet and my tail never stops wagging. I enjoy belly rubs and lazy days lounging on my foster mommy’s lap. I love sleeping in bed under the covers. I am the perfect cuddle bug. I get along with other dogs and love kids. I am crate trained while my mommy is at work but prefer to sleep in her arms at night. I am also house trained as long as I am consistently let out every few hours. I have the cutest face in the whole world and my loving personality makes me perfect for any family.

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
