BIO: Yogi is a sweet gentleman that came from a high-kill shelter. He came with severe dental disease but completed a dental and is now happy and healthy and ready for his furever home. Yogi is very laid back and loving. He enjoys being around people and other dogs but he has not been tested with kitties so I wouldn’t recommend him in a household with cats.

Because Yogi is an adult dog I don’t think he would be tolerant of young children but would be fine in a household with older, more respectful kids. Yogi would be just fine as an only dog and would enjoy the attention. He does not have any anxiety issues and doesn’t really bark much at all. Yogi would be perfectly happy being your companion and sharing the sofa while watching television. Yogi is housetrained and crate trained and rides well in a car. He enjoys leash walks and snuggle time at night in the “big bed”. If you think Yogi would be a nice addition to your family please fill out an adoption application. Thank you!
