BIO:

My name is Coco Chocolate and I am a Chiweenie with Pedigree Papers. I am considered a designer dog breed. My owner dropped me off at a shelter on Friday morning along with my pregnant Purebred Beagle girlfriend. Our owner couldn’t keep us because she wasn’t prepared to deal with newborn puppies. Anyway, my owner paid a lot of money for my girlfriend and me so I’m not sure why she dumped us but I am safe now and have been enjoying the company of my new foster brothers and sisters.

I am very playful and it’s really hard to get me to sit still. My foster mommy spent almost an hour trying to get my gorgeous face to not move. She calls me a wiggle butt, lol! I am very energetic and I need to be in a home with another younger playmate. I have an awesome personality and love to play with kids and other dogs. I will need lots of attention because I am a youngster still. My foster mom can hardly keep up with all my energy.

We encourage adopters from all over the Greater New England Area and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
