BIO:
My name is Maggie and I am very happy little dog who can’t stop wagging my tail. I will be shy when I first meet you but give me a day or two and all of my adorable personality will begin to blossom. I am very gentle, affectionate and love to snuggle. I like laps best but I will manage if I have a hip to lean on. My foster home has dogs and horses and we all get along just fine. I will happily put myself to bed at night in a dog bed on the floor as long as you give me a blanket to burrow in. I would like my forever home to have another dog to keep me company.

We encourage adopters from all over the Greater New England Area and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law. Thank you for supporting a dachshund in need.
If you would like additional information or have any questions, please feel free to contact the foster family directly. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
