The doggy below is Bosco. He was the first doggy in 2010 to receive a loaner wheelchair with The Red Flyer Program. This program accepts used wheelchairs, refurbishes them and loans them at no charge to families of handicapped pets in need...that no pet should be alone or without the gift of mobility.
